I love my Stans, have two of them in fact.
White/green are the premium version and the blacks obviously aren't.

My fit yesterday with the cropped pants wasn't the best since I needed different socks etc but I love showcasing them and making them the centre of the outfit.
I like the history behind them a lot as well, I want to get to the point where I'm wearing a lot of iconic shoes and clothes.

that's how clothing works dude, it evolves from existing ideas. Is that so hard to grasp? Do you even know the process to designing clothes? You hardly ever just have a shape pop into your head unless you're planning to make some high fashion runway pieces. CPs seem obviously inspired atleast in part by stans smiths which is an iconinc shoe model that's been around for decades and has always been popular. And as for stans themselves, they seem to obviously inspired by chuck all-stars.
I don't see at all how a baby saying dada is the same as designing a pair of shoes. One is the first word you ever say which you only even say because you copy your parents telling you to say it, the other is a creative idea, and all ideas take inspiration from something you've acquired information about.
