What are some good styles for men who lift weights?

I'm talking like an athletic build (small waist, broad delts, big biceps/triceps, etc).

Generally see people recommend things like vnecks and henelys, but I sort of want to switch it up

Any tips? I generally have decent luck with Targets Mossimo line as it seems to be tailored for muscular dudes, but most other spots are total shit.

Idk man every time I post a fit I'm called fat. I don't think /fa/ can help. But yeah I lift in mossimo shirts

That feel when your legs are too big for skinny jeans, and you can't in generel fucking not fit anything that is efay

Skinny jeans look stupid on 90% of fits anyway. Just wear slim jeans

Tanktops in this season is no viable, way too cold.

Also I'm well past DYEL, so its way too noticeable that I'm broadcasting I lift.

this. like there's nothing wrong with just decking yourself out in non-loud nike.

>>9095303
important note here, scoop/round necks are a +++ for anyone with even remotely large pecs/traps/delts. notice the shorter sleeves as well. gravitate away from sleeves that cover the entire or even half the bicep. you want it juust able to escape the armpit.

as for my personal input, i find it really hot when swarthy muscular masculine guys can rock more feminine looks, such as sheer or floral. like not cross dressing but definitely pushing the boundaries. it shows you're not insecurely clutching onto your maculinity and in turn show more confidence.

a lot of muscle dudes are gay though, so they'd probably just be asking to get hit on all the time

honestly, if you're male and you're hot, gay guys are going to look at you anyways - pretty much regardless of what you're wearing.
ironically, the more masculine you dress/act the more most gay guys will be into you, i can promise that and as y'all have discussed, certain "straight guy" things are things gays have been doing for as long or have made them more theirs, such as the gym.
its funny how straight guys get all flustered and taken aback when another guy treats them how they treat girls.

but with the sheer/florals - that'll impress women more. because quite frankly it worries a lot of women when guys are hyper-masculine. in some cases it can be the minotaur effect, in others its just you seem insecure or violent.
but rock a navy open knit mesh sweater with nothing under? or a floral sweatshirt? and have everything else masculine and you're just chill as hell, no problem? that shows a sort of progression, maturity.

tbh its actually true to a degree. gay male body image is really over the top a lot of the time. I feel like I get messaged by guys who look like that a fair amount. More than the average population.

Trousers: buy for quad size and get 'em altered. If you can get a tapered pair then go for it, otherwise you'll need a slight taper.
Shoes: unless you're fucking ridiculous looking (fucking enormous vastus lateralis and no knee/calf size at all) then you don't need to account for it. If so, avoid slender things like Chelsea boots etc or it'll make your silhouette weird.
Tops: This is true for god-damn everything -- size up and alter down. Learn to sew or get a sewing gf (read: learn to sew) if you want to save money.

tl;dr Make sure stuff fits and you don't end up with a weird silhouette, otherwise you do you.
