Whitening-teeth is literally an easy way to cause serious problems. Coming from a kid who had tons of cavities as a kid, never brushed, drank soda and ate tons of sugary snacks, my teeth have been OK. Just brush once in the morning, after you eat. Then brush at night b4 you go to bed. Avoid sodas, coffees, sugary shit (candy that adheres to your molars) and super-citrusy food.
If coffee or tea is a must, drink it with a straw.

Grinding teeth is pretty serious. get a night guard. better than having chipped teeth.

As long as your teeth are decently straight and not insanely crooked, or brown, youre fine.

All whitening methods work by removing enamel.

Enamel does not grow back.

Your teeth do not regenerate.

This means you are wearing away a resource that's limited for the rest of your life. If you overuse whitening options it will eat away the enamel and fuck your teeth up forever.
Use with caution, if at all.
If you already have sensitive teeth, do not use at all. They are sensitive because you have thin enamel and sensations are going straight to the tooth root. An exposed root is some of the most pain you can experience and the only treatment is pulling it.
