The only thing that truly seems kind of weird is the price tag for those boots, but I'd have to see what model they were to even judge. I wouldn't get a pair of boots that's less than 300 or so, otherwise it's usually shit unless it came from a reputable shoemaker.

Also, yeah some people pretty much only buy clothes. Probably not too hard to save that kind of income, though only for 1 time purchases, can't be a regular thing unless you make quite a bit.
