not at all. dadgoth is is all black menswear, it has nothing to do with the draping avant-garde style that we refer to as gothninja on here. the goth in gothninja stands for the black colour because that's associated with goth culture and so does the goth in dadgoth. but the only similarity between dadgoth and gothninja is the colour palette, or rather lack thereof
