Nice suit.. You should really consider getting it tailored. It already looks decent on you but will be 100x better if you get the pants taken up a little bit. Also, I can't really tell since your arms are bent, but I think your jacket sleeves may be too long. I'm suspecting this because your shirt sleeves aren't sticking out as they should be.

Also, I know it's hard to break the habit of carrying stuff in your pants pockets, but to me it really ruins the silhouette of the suit to have bulges in your front pockets.

I'm not sure exactly what you carrying in your pockets in that pic, but I'm assuming it's wallet & car keys? When I wear my suits I switch to a card holder instead of a full wallet (actually.. I usually use the card holder. Don't need to carry cash on me). Also I take my phone out of its case, so I can keep the card holder and cell phone in my inside jacket pockets without fucking up my silhouette.

As for your car keys, since you're at work, that makes it easy -- leave them in the employee area/behind the counter, etc.

Shoes are Florsheim wingtips, Some of the best quality shoes in men's suiting. Pink and white look good with a light grey, being that it's summer. Big pattern tie is supposed to worn with small pattern shirt. Tie also has darker shade of pink to add contrast to color. Needs tailoring though.

Switched over to exclusively collared shirts awhile ago, and I think they look way better on me than t-shirts. I pretty much just roll up the sleeves on all of them and put this grey hoodie over every day. Long sleeves don't work terribly well with my build: I have large, skinny hands and broad shoulders.

I also tend to wear the zipper on the hoodie about half way up sometimes, and that looks pretty decent as well, IMO.
