especially for that course it was originally a technical university specialising in engineering, everyone assumes it's a sports uni but it's not.

There's a huge campus culture too, it's a bit like American unis where there are rivalries between halls and shit. I'd definitely recommend staying in halls first year, I got in through clearing so had to stay off campus and missed out unfortunately. Faulkner Eggington is the hall where the most fun people are I reckon, what are your other options?

not sure pal, but it's not really a campus, the uni is spread across the city so it doesn't really have a demographic breakdown like that because you'll be mixing with the regular public too

like I said, the uni is broken up across the city, get used to taking buses to get to places. The halls pretty much everyone stays in are about a 15 minute bus from the city centre, but I don't know how long you'd have to travel to get to the politics department, my mate only had to walk 5 minutes but other people are like 30 minutes away
