I'm a very peculiar case but...
During the summer: 1500 to 2500
During the rest of the year during the week: 650-900
During the rest of the year during the weekend:
1500-2000

The reason for this is that on weekends and vacations I'm with my family and they won't let me lose any more weight, even though I'm still chubby, because I was obese and lost weight fast, they're worried I'll become a skeleton.

I'm thinking of joining a gim so I can lose more bodyfat despite being forced into eating 2000 calories in the summer and weekends.

Unless you're trying to maintain a sixpack and looking shredded all the time you wont have to count calories all the time. Some people don't even need to count to have abs all year.

After so long of eating understand how much things "cost" calorie wise you probably wont need to count them at all if you just want to look better than the average guy.

I would recommend anyone to start earlier at least late 20's for building muscle so you can look like that at age 35 and just do maintenance by lifting just heavy enough and eating enough protein to keep the muscle of catabolizing.

Building muscle pass 35 or even losing weight is extremely stressful on the body also it's more difficult because the "normal" man's metabolic rate will drop. Cutting fat/Oxidizing fat is the most harmful if you've been eating PUFA's, your skin will age quickly.

Even look at young agressive body builders that have been pushing their bodies 5 times a week.. they have an aesthetic body but it doesn't mean they're healthy. Look at their skin quality and faces they look stressed out. Building big muscle at a steady pace in 20's to 30's is optimal.

I used to have a similar body a few months ago. Started to watch what I'm eating, basically have been doing low carb/keto diet. The biggest boost is doing pullups several times a week. Google the technique and master it, it will give you a better upper body and a better posture overall.
