I think he's just talking about the fact that his hairline is just high on the whole. It doesn't quite have the shape associated with recession, at least not from this angle. And it's true that Euros (nordic folks especially) tend to have high hairlines.

it's better to know what things would look like on you at a low bodyfat because it should be your goal to get there if not already and stay there
