I like top-heavy silhouettes, bombers and hoodies are both great especially paired together.

Skinny jeans accentuate my skinny body and I often dress like my favourite designer, he wears a sweater and button-down often.

>> No.8825537

I like all my fits to be top heavy. Big jackets and skinny jeans all day every day. Im a manlet, but i have really long fucking legs and a short torso, so i dont like my jackets or shirts to fit too long. I dig some oversized tees, though. Depends on how it tapers to my waist, and how the sleeves look.

Recently though ive been getting into more relaxed and baggy, but still tapered silhouettes, like Yoji or some sort of jap street esthetic some shit. You know, baggy as fuck pants that are tapaered or pinrolled at the cuff, with long fitting draping shirts and jackets.

Juxtaposition. Taking seemingly opposed aesthetics and merging them, such as athletic insulation under a blazer, slacks with sneakers, or 3M under a loose knit sweater.

Texture is important to me as well. I like looking simple from far away, but as you talk to me, more and more details become apparent.

Also, I live up on a mountain, so there is a high tolerance for techwear, which is why I enjoy using it.

Almost entirely casual button downs with matching (not matching but goes, you know?) chino pants or above the knee shorts. A lot of Hawaiian shirts. No plaid. In the winter the same with more cardigans and ugly sweaters.

i know you said no buzzwords, but the only way to describe me is peasantcore
i wear the long baggy tops
i wear the hose
i wear the little elf shoes
i wear the cap
when it comes to tilling fields and being cut down by knights on horseback there is nothing more timeless than essential peasantcore
i sincerely believe that peasantcore is the future just as it was the past, history is cyclical and soon we will devolve into a feudal society, the fashionistas will all die off and only peasant will remain

Basically like a prep with depression.
Minimalist, Monochrome, and Dandyist (Anti-Dadcore on steroids) are my favs
But im exploring laid back versions of palewave, lunarcore, and streetwear fits slowly. My look is always super tapered, layered, and sharp silhouette. I cant stand bagginess in anything, especially pants.

I used to love paramilitary looks.

japanese hippy acid heads bleached into monochrome by the light of a thousand bombs. looked into the abyss and came back serene. gotama incarnates in clinical white rooms. always temperate and crystaline. still vital. sees the fear behind all eyes. stark and empty. hasn't slept in years. doesn't need to anymore. there is only the work. the endless permutation of forms. the play of sunlight on the fabrics. each woven texture rich as a constellation. they speak for a thousand years.

I like optimised and sporty fits, with a really fitted silhouette (because i'm very skiny and don't want any bulky unpractical clothes when moving).
This implies the use of shoes that are comfy/practical enough to run/walk for a long time (sneakers) and various layers depending of the weather (waterproof lightweight jacket or parka, crewneck or fleee jackets)

ever heard of the expression "x is the new black"
what do you think that means? plain black clohting is timeless and will always be wearable unlike trendy colours or patterns that just look acceptable because the fashion industry dictated it
why do you think anti-fashion guys like yohji or rick do all black mostly?

>black will go out of trend
it's only a trend for a few rappers some idiots on the internet
now go ahead and post that pic of autismo guy with yohjis quote as a caption, i don't care. for each streetgoth-trendhopper or metalhead-autismo looking retarded in all black i know atleast 10 examples of all black clothing pulled off properly, not looking "fashionable", but actually representing what yohji said
there is a reason both clerics and secular intellectuals prefer black, go figure it out
