Can anyone help me create a look like this? I am trying to reinvent myself and one of the things I wanna go for is a casual-with-class outfit similar to this. But I'm having trouble figuring it out.

Is there a specific name for it? Where can I find a vest with that deep of a V? And what kind of dress shirt? I went to the thrift shop today (doing this on a budget), and the vest I found had too high of a V, and the dress shirt (white), just seemed too thick and didn't look like in this photo. I looked more like a busboy than what I am going for.

Where and for what should I look to find the pieces to recreate this?

You will look like a bartender with just a vest on like that. If you're on a budget just get a shirt for uniqlo and some raw/dark denim. Also don't wear a tie during casual situations.
