Got pic related recently and I'm happy with it. Very lightweight, and it has a slim profile when not much is in it.

I bike and climb a lot so it's great for that. The small form factor helps it blend in when I'm inside, so I can use it in tons of situations.

In my personal opinion, a bag with light MOLLE (two or three rows like on Gorucks) is acceptable and will go with a lot of fits.
Overly tacticool bags covered in MOLLE that aren't with a techwear fit make you look like *that* kid in ROTC or a school/workplace shooter.

Yeah I mostly got it because it's cheap enough (I got it for maybe $70 total), it's small, and it's good for biking and climbing on buildings.
