Is there anyway to wear thin suspenders without looking like a skinhead?

I actually love skinhead fashion, but a skinhead I am not.

I keep realizing most of my purchases and inclinations could easily be labeled skinhead. I just like tucking in my shirts and dressing cleanly. Also boots. Also cuffing my jeans. Also suspenders.

What do? Is being brown enough to disassociate myself from skinhead culture. Skinheads are fine I just don't want to seem like something I'm not.

im a non racist skin but i've sorta been forced to grow hair to disassociate myself from the racist bone heads so i know what some other guys here are coming from

in concerns to your question long sleeves should keep you safe as skins tend to go with short sleeves most of the time and dont roll you jeans up as high in the pics also prolly best to avoid things like doc martens, harringtons, alpha industries bombers and shit

At the end of the day bro i tend to find just growing hair is enough to disassociate yourself enough like i say but still keep to the style i mean i have hair, go out in my gear and middle aged guys come up to me saying i look great and they used to dress like they did at my age which is bretty cool its only the shaved head thug look where i got any problems

tbh if you like the style just dress in it, its not like a super secret club where you have to listen to x amount of northern soul and reggae records per week if you like it go for it

I agree with everything you said here, that's why skinheads don't like douchebags who buy slim fit bomber and think that they discover something new. Wearing "skinhead clothes" is connected with pride and dignity and also you have some sort of responsibility in everyday life. I wear dc martens, bomber jacket and have buzz cut (for like 9 years) and don't give a fuck that in my city exist some boneheads scum who carries knife with them and also stab few my friends just because they were not boneheads.. that is a lot more than /fa/.
