Your jeans are a great fit. The problem is you shouldn't be wearing jeans with a jacket that formal-looking. I'd either ditch the jacket or find slacks. If you insist on wearing a black jacket, go with gray pants.

Also, the shirt is unbuttoned one too many. And if you're going to wear a button-up with a jacket, keep that shit tucked in.

And, of course, shoes. No running shoes, m8. You can find plain, cheap brown shoes that'll go well with a lot of outfits fairly easily. Just make sure you match your belt and shoes.
