What is your opinion on teeth whitening? What are the pros/cons of the available methods? If I buy some $30 kit from walmart, is it going to do more harm than good?

Did mine and got a lot of positive feedback, It made a real difference to how I look, especially in photographs with friends who haven't had theirs done. I'm not able to whiten them again at home as the strips gave me some discomfort towards the end of my treatment

sounds crazy but if you brush your teeth with activated charcoal (they sell tablets at whole foods and shit) it'll whiten them significantly without affecting sensitivity—probably not as effective as crest whitestrips or w/e but not as damaging to your enamel either

It's easy.

The first step is to clean your teeths three times, or more, a day for about two minutes.

On the subject of teeth. What's the best way to get teeth straightened at the age of 25? I don't really want braces if I can help it.

Why are teeth so shit? Everything in your body heals and regenerates but the teeth. WHy can't there just be some surgery where they all get ripped out and put back in straight?

brushing more than 3 times a day or more can be overkill.

you should brush after a large meal (about half an hour after, because there's a lot of acid in your mouth right after eating).

you should always floss once a day.
flossing wont help with whitening but it's more important for oral health than brushing.
