Start doing cardio and general exercising and drop body fat % to thin out your face. Get haircuts with shorter sides not because /fa meme but cause your face is pretty wide/round. Don't cut the top of your head short cause you'll just look like an egg. Don't go too extreme with some crazy Undercut cause you don't look like you have the personality to look autistic or "quirky" and pull it off.

Or go to a decent barber/salon and ask them what suits your face. Obviously this'll cost you some $$

Nothing is gonna save you from looking asian as fuck. Your hair looks cool but it's too messy, which can look good but it all depends on how you dress as well. Same advice as for the OP for the most part. Curly/Wavy hair looks cool with shorter sides and messy top.

If you're just some nerdy awkward guy with no sense of style then it really doesn't matter what haircut you have. No one else will care either which is good or bad depending on how you look at it
