/fit/fa/gizen here.
How much muscle is too much muscle for someone at around 5'11-6' would you say?

I'm starting to find that i have to wear large shirts, still pretty fat but i'm working on that.

If you don't take roids and stay lean you cannot get too big. It is impossible.

>> No.8706982

>>8706979
Unless you're 5'8" or lower.

Realistically, you can probably hit your physical limit and still find fashionable clothes to wear. You just have to focus on more masculine styles like prep, military inspired, workwear, and athleticwear and move away from androgynous looks that rely on a thinner physique. Techwear is an exception to this rule, but the guy in your front pic wouldn't look bad if he ditched the cargo shorts.

That being said, if you start to get interested in pushing past your physical limits with gear... give up on fashion and accept that you're turning your body into a science experiment that will always be physically odd or unappealing.

Lol at how they measure the height from his manlet hawk.

>> No.8707001

It's honestly pretty difficult to become too fit to wear fashionable clothes if you don't want to reach that point. It is not an overnight transition and you can stop bulking once you reach where you feel comfortable.

200lb should be limit at 8-10% bf imo before you start looking fat with autumn/winter clothes on. summer u can look good up to 230lb at that height i reckon

Lol, 200lbs that lean is absolute natty max, like an ifbb physique pro. Frank Zane was 5'9" and only 185lbs. Pic related.

>>8707016
yes and frank zane was a manlet. dude is 6' and most people who give a shit about muscle are on steroids. you're pushing shit uphill doing it natty. 8-10% is also not that lean dude...

8-10% is pretty fucking lean.

8-10% is a sustainable body fat for someone on a cruise cycle
>>8707029
25lbs more and he'd still look alright in clothes i think. ive a mate 6'1" 230lbs around 10% bf (visible 6 pack, no gut; layman's approximation) and he doesn't look fat at all in clothing during the winter

you don't just get a mad physique then go on fit...

>> No.8707369

Pretty much everyone who takes on gym seriously ends up getting to big

And they're all fat as fuck

If you weigh over 75kg you're to big

>> No.8707405

>>8706961
Depends on whether you wanna be /fa/ or /fit/, you can't TRULY be both unless you're 35+ which I doubt you are.

Ottermode or just a bit weaker is probably ideal for clothing and shit, you'll look great in clothes and way better than the average cunt without clothes. Also doesn't come with the douchey image that anyone big gets these days, by far the most "appreciated" look as far as what others think. Doesn't come off as tryhard, basically.

If you'd rather be more on the /fit/ side, fuck go hard. As long as you aren't roiding and you aren't fatstrong you can still look good in a lot of clothing. You can't wear skinny jeans any more, but slims and shit will look great on you.

This has ruined Frank Zane for me. I thought he was like 6'4" and a demigod. Now he's just a manlet with a big head/

that's about as big as calum von moger who is way too big to be fashionable
at 6' 190 10% is really pushing it (and the natty limit) and also still fashionable. See sadik hadzovic (>>8707029) who's 5'11" 185 lbs and perfect ripped/athletic mode

I need 20 minutes to walk a mile, 18 when I hurry.

you should be an atheletic medium and have no more than a 32 waist at 6+ft.
there.

at 5'11 I'd say the ideal balance would be 170 lbs of pure lean muscle (6-8% bf)
