just use your beard trimmer, assuming you have one. if not, buy one. they're like 15-20 for a cheap one. do maybe a 3-5mm guard on it and just trim it like you would your beard. nutsack is a little harder. i use hair clippers with an adjustable blade, and leave the "taper" on it's highest length. it should be cut it short enough to where you can barely see the hair, but the blade will be back far enough that it shouldn't nick you. just go slow and against the grain of the hair.
for added freshness down there, trim the hair on the perineum (gooch) and around where the legs meet the groin. this will keep dick odors from getting trapped in the hair down there, and it'll smell cleaner for longer. especially if you sweat when you work

When I was younger, I got a beard trimmer to use since I only had access to what I could get at store so buying a super high tech beard trimmer online with my parents permission was never gonna happen.
I still use it. The gillette beard trimmer, works pretty well. I just don't know what to do with my leg hair and shit since I can't get a nice fade going or anything and my dick ends up looking a little barer than everything else but it works pretty well.

it's inefficient and dangerous as fuark. unless you have god like precision and the steady hand of a surgeon. you want that ball sack to feel like a baby's bottom, and it's hard to get that with scissors
