What hair styling products do you use /fa/?

I've been using pic related but the hold isn't very strong and my hair is pretty thin so it doesn't hold very well. What products do you use to style your hair?

Worked great for my shoulder length hair but it's lacking at the moment since it's short. Will be growing it out again though (curly/wavy, thick black hair) and want to get the same texture as jon snow on GoT. What do?

Anybody got a rec for a moderately priced mousse? I wanna start using some.

If you are a poorfag I recommend this. Hell I'm a richfag and I have used it for years with great success.

i've started to despise the green apple smell over time. be careful not to use too much or your hair will look really greasy/bad. otherwise it's ok i guess

the slick, greasy pomade look isnt really my thing, so this stuff is great

i have pretty thin and sparse hair, this gives it some thickness and actual texture. lasts long and you cant really tell im even using product unless you touch it

Have both of these at the moment and they're decent. Looking for something new though.

Anyone ever use Hanz De Fuko claymation?

Really good WB Pomade. Amazing texture and scent, good hold, and for a WB pomade it has decent slickness. Would absolutely recommend this or Admiral if you use pomade.

Supposed to be, pretty pricey though ($15 with a code, doubt shipping is free either).

Is the American Crew pomade supposed to be like other pomades? Cause when I use it there's hardly any control and no shine to my hair. Am I just not using enough?

I use Claymation, pretty good product. I take a dime sized amount and put it through my hair for the base, let it sit for a couple minutes, then take another dime sized amount for better hold, and it lasts all day. Very movable and reshapable throughout the day.

i use the same, used to use knockout pomade but my hair felt too stiff

>> No.8680885

i got my hair did at the Aveda school by some pretty competent folks so i dropped $20 on their pomade. it works pretty well, but i find it wearing off after a while (especially if it's hot out). this is my first pomade so i don't have much to compare it to.

I have medium long fine hair. I could use something to just keep it in order, but not really to visible. Would pomade be a good choice? Or to shiny?

It doesn't hold while clubbing/dancing
other than that It's good stuff

I use this. Could be happier with the hold but it smells sooo fucking gooooood.

>> No.8682680

I find that one too shiny for my taste. Makes my hair look greasy af.
