Take swing dancing lessons. Why? Because qt's love doing that shit when the opportunity comes. Second, it starts teaching you to move smoothly and feel the music. The more natural you look while dancing, the more fun you and everyone else has.

Don't show off too much if you do get good. Build up to something cool, do it, then lay off for a few songs. Being THAT guy won't help.

Dance with your whole body. When you're really feeling it, it's like 50% legs, 30% torso, 20% shoulders and arms. Moving more than just your legs means grinding is a lot easier in the club. Get that shit.
