i have a pair, they arent quite that skinny, but its better than, say, walmart-brand shit. It's pretty comfortable and keeps you warm for sure. for reference im 5'7 ~140lbs. they do taper a bit though which is nice and it's not as if its incredibly baggy. I wore them through boston during dead middle of winter and it was great, so theres that. I'd give it a shot for the price

Ohh that. Import duties and taxes are not applied for goods purchased for personal use under the value of 1000$ so i should be alright. I've brought in shoes from the UK twice no problem.
