Have a couple of faded black tops

Has anyone on /fa/ been able to successfully restore their faded blacks?

If so, what was your preferred method?

letting them sit in hot water will shrink the clothes though.

it's never been a problem for me with tees and cotton pants. also when you wash in the machine, dump the black sink water into it and put your other black shit in. it will all be a lot darker after the wash.

Don't listen to this idiot.

Use a bucket and ONLY use cold water, when dyeing and when washing.
