Why does Japan have the best uniforms? None of that slutty plaid or nasty prep suits. The rest of the world should take note of Japan with their age old 1000 year culture of gakuran and seifuku.

I was talking to a Filipino friend once about her old high school, and they were some nasty below the knee skirt and conservative blouses. Down to the color of their hair ties was regulated to be a nasty-ass strict uniform.

White long sleeved shirt
Black tie
Black trousers
Black blazer + Black v-neck in winter
looked like little suited up ballers especially since everyone rocked that shit with a skinny-fit.
