I'm a pretty small fella (5'8", 110lbs, 34" chest) and struggle to find high quality clothes in my size. I find Gitman XS shirts fit bang-on and folk size 1 fits pretty good, but brands like APC seem to be cutting their pieces bigger than in the past. Does anybody know any brands I should look out for?

Try French brands like IRO and Sandro. Also Asian companies will tend to cut for a smaller, more slender frame.

how the fuck are you 1 inch taller and 40lbs lighter than me? I know I could stand to lose a bit of weight, but I'm not what anyone would call fat. You must be a skinny sumabitch

Yes pls, OP. Pls post pic, that sounds like top tier trap material.

>> No.8431292

I know your pain, OP. I'm the same height, but 135lbs. It's fucking impossible to get any quality dress clothes ANYWHERE, because almost all of it is only an inch too large no matter where you go.

Gitman is good. I also really recommend Peter Manning, as they make clothes for men 5'8" and under -- while somewhat embarrassing, all of their clothes are great quality and fit very well.

5'7 125lb. in pic, now like 5'8 135 but i had to get all my shit custom made

suits, dress shirts, dress pants, + tailoring t-shirts and jeans (hem, take in tees at sides under the arms, etc.)

i got a sewing machine and i just buy less clotesh so i can afford custom shit. it ain't that expensive, online MTM is cheaper than retail at Macy's for stupid ass brands that plebs buy (brand names mean jack shit in the modenr globalized economy it's all pumped out of the same sweatshops in Asia anyway)

so i'd rather support an artisan who at least puts a littl emore soul into my clothes

sometimes u can find shit that fits size S at H&M, size XS (online only usually) at BR or Gap, etc.

shit varies from brnad to brand and even item to item so try stuff on

also Zara has some SKINNY as shit that's too tight in the upper body evne for me and i thought i was a skinny scrawny fuck (when i'm off creamy-teenz lol, creatine = otter+). try their 34 suits if u want something tight. length might be alright too
