need advisement on sizing for pic related. from my experience adidas have always been "TTS," as in getting my size means the shoe is like exactly the size of my foot and it's a bit too snug; wondering if the same goes for these and I should size up 0.5 or 1

Is it acceptable for pants to bunch up at the knee? (Pic related) It only happens when I put my knees all the way at the back though, normally it probably looks like what you see on my left leg.
