How do I into beards?
Does biotin work?
I tried to grow a beard once and it just came out looking like face pubes.
I don't even mean giant bushy beard, just regular ass facial hair.

Biotin does not make new hair follicles grow, but will make the hair follicles that already grow, grow faster. Also gives you bad acne, would not recommend.

It only gives you acne if you don't drink 8-10 glasses of water a day (that's a lot) and if you're on a really high dose. Go for 2,500 to start. Also, it doesn't just grow faster. It grows stronger, thicker, and healthier.

Yeah, try it. It's not expensive. I should warn you though that I'm a girl who uses it for the hair on my head, so I don't know exactly how it'd work with beards, but I don't know why it wouldn't be similarly positive.

maybe if you are predisposed to acne, i didnt have a problem with it.
it does make hair and nails grow faster, and a grew a bit more hear on my cheeks.
Take in mind it makes hair grow larger and faster EVERYWHERE....my ass looks like a jungle breh
