i have been working out for years but don't really spend that long in the gym anymore..only do bench, shoulder press, chin-ups and rows..and curls. All fairly heavy and low rep..im still pretty darn strong as far as the average gym goer goes but im all trying to do now is lean up. I used to be builtfat and was stronger, but got sick of that look and I've actually been pleasantly surprised at how little strength i have lost whilst cutting

at your height 73kg lean would be pretty perfect Imo, although a bit more muscle mass than that probably wouldn't hurt. Looking good shirtless is all about proportions and insertion points though..do you work out arm?

I don't even squat anymore because muh back injury paranoia; I just do a sort of deadlift movement with a couple of dumbbells beside me, which seems to burn my quads/glutes satisfactorily, as well as engaging traps a bit.

I've been lifting heaps for about 3 years now and because of my genetics, I've turned into a full on Rugby bro, meaning super thick torso. Literally looking at me from the side the distance from my chest to the upper back is almost as wide as the front and it makes most shirts really tight up top, whilst loose in the waiste because I'm only around 15% body fat atm.

The same problem with jeans, I want to wear jeans without them being tight, because I'm not into the look but I honestly don't have a choice other than wearing dad jeans.

I'm 6ft, but that doesn't mean I can wear clothing for 6ft people, I have to bump everything up to XL or XXL once in a while..

I've been doing it for awhile and have stayed skinny. I wear a 34x34 in 511s, but might actually have to move down to 32x34 if I keep this up.

because the way fashion designers make clothes are for average people. I'm about 5'9 155 lbs and have a very lean athletic build.
