I always liked the way layering t-shirts looks because fabric rests against fabric much better than it does against skin.

It looks like a potatoe now, but that's just because, so far I've only sewn the two backs and two fronts together. I've yet to put the sleeves on, but they are just single layer.

I plan on hemming it, but twisting the outer layer a bit to give it an interesting texture, with a constant ripple effect.

It says my pictures contain embedded files and won't let me post.

Picture very unrelated

hmm, you might need to, but it really depends on what material and how tightly nit your sweater is. if you have a loose nit one that's like hand knit it;ll probably fall apart wether or not you hem it. but if it's really tight you won't need to at all! post pix plz

So I have this basic H&M tee liking around, very ordinary, just a grey one with a crewneck. The neck is really odd fitting in comparison to the rest of the t-shirt. The neck fits a bit too tight while the T-shirt itself has a bit of an oversized fit. I was thinking of just cutting the crewneck over very ruggidly, like just with a pair of scissors. That's converse x MMM and you most likely wont get the same effect.

If u want solid paint, use go to arts store and ask for water-based paint for fabric, I have previously used Idea Stoffa and on different cotton fabrics and it worked well.

If you want paint peeling off effect like Margiela did, well, there was this white paint (it's meant for walls) that's used as a base layer for other colors that name I cannot remember, but it will most likely look bad.

Posted this in fuccboi general but this is DIY-related too so:

I have a month-old chocolate stain on the stomach-area of a white T (pic) that's now light brown (stain, not tee). It's barely noticeable up close but from afar it's the first thing you see. Think I managed to set it in deep by not being careful with it.
Will bleaching help?
If done right, could it be painted over? It's less than an inch in diameter.
Or maybe stitch something on it that won't look too off?

Any help appreciated.

Feel free to upload the whole thing to imgur as gallery or repostit or do whatever you want with it. It's not the most extensive guide but hopefully will help someone. If anyone has any questions about printing and shit, go ahead and ask, I'll answer later if the thread is still up!

i'd say they woudl fit good for a 29. could go up to 30 (like me) if u got thin thighs. they got quite a high elastic percentage so are made to be rly tight

I found an old pair of desert boots I forgot I had the other day.

Decided to dye it just because. I might actually head down to red wing to get them re soled but I'm not sure if its worth it.

just took new pictures of my overalls so everyone can see them now that they're clean. also they've been majorly falling apart, like new holes every day and it's a pain in the ass.

>>8341088
I don't have anything helpful to tell you, just you got mad good facial aesthetics

>>8342968
Idk if i'm a huge fan of those tbh they just feel a little artificial. like, when you're around crust pants 24/7 you notice ways things rip and get dirty naturally over time and those just don't feel like they have they very much.

>>8342959
nah, fuck you find out on your own.

>>8343587
i mean yeah, im kind of a crusty. i mean i feel less inclined to talk about crust punk online as apposed to irl because i don't want to self label without people knowing me better. i try to be very nice, though so i've only pissed on like 2 people's laws in my whole life.

>>8339552
tbh, i like the knee holes. and every now and then people on /fa/ tell me they're too big but idk big knee holes is kind of a staple of crust pants.

I want to make a black and white palillo-esque t shirt from scratch, with a bold design stitched on the front, what fabrics should I use?

I'm guessing I dont want something that'd stretch much or the design would attach weirdly? Linen maybe?

Dilute paint in water.
Soak laces.
Remove from solution.
Wipe/ ring out laces as desired.

The problem of bleach is that the fabric will then be torn extremelly easily.

And it's fugly IMO.
