I guess this question fits this thread.
I'm 19, 70kg@174cm normal guy turning skinnyfat.
I came down from 96kg@174cm from about a year ago.
From 212 pounds to 154 pounds at 5'8, for those of you who don't do metric.
Keep in mind I have almost no muscle at all in my body.

I want to keep losing weight but I can't because my mother is threatening me to take me to a psychiatrist if I lose any more weight because she is afraid I'll become anoretic, even though I'm far from it.

This happens because she has seen some of her colleagues kids, become anoretic and since I used to have a eating disorder when I was obese, she is afraid I'll develop one now too.

How can I convince her that I'm not even skinnyfat yet, let alone thin enough that I'd be developing anorexia. I think that because both her and my father are overweight/obese, she doesn't really understand just how *not thin* I am.

>Just ignore her and keep on losing weight
I don't want to go to a psychiatrist ffs.
>Don't go to the psychiatrist
I really can't disobey my parents like that, it's not in my nature to do so, besides, I can't put food on my own table.

I've been pondering it, but I hate exercising so much, I don't think I could do it.

Plus, I'm going to be travelling between two cities most of June and I'm going on vacations the first 15 days of August.
I'd have to sign up in a gym in one city for July and then stop until mid september and then sign up for a gym in a different city,
(Because I would have to pay three mensalities for less than 1.5 months of gym time).
So if I do decide to go ottermode, I'll only start doing it in September now.

thrift stores, uniqlo, h&m, anything cheap really if you're getting started on basics, but you should probably double check with /fa/ before you make any purchases (except thrift store shit obvs)

you might look good in af1s, some 511s and a uniqlo tee but you'll look like shit in an h&m ocbd, some uniqlo chinos and boat shoes, you know? and the problem is that the sticky would basically recommend the latter outfit to you before the former. so look out for shit like that

generally speaking the first things to do are to get a good haircut, good glasses if you wear those, and start on exercise and skincare. as far as basics go cop black levis 511s and uniqlo supima cotton tees in inoffensive colors. don't buy desert boots or boat shoes, don't buy black jeans anything but skinny, slim is acceptable for indigo/blue jeans, cop decent sneakers and look into a half decent black bomber

unless you can get yourself to a barney's or some shit that sells different brands, i guess you'd have to guesstimate with that kind of thing; just working through it logically in my head, i know burberry's prices are inflated because they're a well-known luxury brand. i'd say they're probably better quality denim than acne, but with a slightly less impressive cut, and probably a little overpriced for what they are

if you're in that situation, though, i don't know why you wouldn't just cop acnes or something, since yeah you'd have to order them online but who cares considering they're almost universally recommended and basically guaranteed to 'work' on you. it seems like to do otherwise would just kind of be winging it and potentially getting unsatisfying results

Thanks, looks like the all-blacks are sold out everywhere.
Any other pointers for all-black trainers?
I was thinking of copping these, would remove yellow tag, I just need some /fa/ running shoes really.

those look real gud tho. Idk, depends all on how you wanna run(distance, weight,"barefoot feels" idk) Otherwise i'd say the basics anyway, trainers are pretty personal-depending. (horrible english sry) glhf w/ the runnin tho

Additional details: I like the green but I'm just wondering if it's as versatile as the blue one. My wardrobe is transitioning to a more monochromatic look with mostly blacks, whites, greys, and navies.

I personally think it looks awful. Looks like a knockoff. You yourself acknowledge that they look at least partly ugly. I guess it would help if you post an approximation of how you generally dress so we can get a better idea whether it would suit you or not but again I just think those look bad. Period.

I just really hate the tiny swoosh. It looks like an afterthought as if the designer remembered that there needs to be a swoosh somewhere there. The two-tone one looks better though I dislike the colorway.

If you like the silhouette of the Roshes then just go for regular ones instead of these slip ons or if you just want something sporty in general then check out other stuff. I'm really digging the Nike Free Flyknit 4.0 right now. They're slightly more expensive but then again they're actual running shoes.

Solid advice, i agree about the swoosh although i didnt think of that before.
Yeah its the "y3sole xP" i want so might as well go for the basic roshes or the adidas lookalikes. Just thought i might try something girlier but apparently i have to find me a good looking girly thing. Thanks so much etc :^)

You mean the ZX Fluxes? I forgot about that. I've also got my eye on those except I believe that the all black ones are sold out and I'm not willing to pay outrageously marked up resell prices. I hear they go for three times as much as retail now though I haven't checked.

I've been wondering whether you could spray paint the yellow tag on the ZX Fluxes into black in case I do decide to cop the black/white ones.

Acctually meant the elements b/c of the sole. But yeah the zx rly look good too.
Spraypainting huh? Only heard of permanent markers for the white plethy lines on the vans lel.

Well, obviously you can't take spray paint the contrast stitching on the Sk8 His. I was thinking you can take the yellow lace tag thing on the ZX Flux and spray paint it black. I think you'd lose the details on it though since it doesn't seem embossed. I guess if you're really dedicated to making it work then you can get someone to smith you a replica.

Not really digging the texture on the Elements. It's more exaggerated than the Roshes it seems from the pics. That's just my personal taste though.

Sizing question for geos

From the top of my big toe to the end of my heel my foot is around ten inches, so would a size 40 geobasket fit fine? I've heard you should size down on them but I wanna be sure.
