I sort of went soul searching at the start of spring because I realized what a truly shitty person I was. Since then I've realized that being materialistic is can only lead to unhappiness.

Now I'd describe myself as a sort of hedonist, but I care about others happiness as well. Things are loads better now. People tell me I'm like a whole new person.

I hope I don't relapse.

Funnily enough. /fa/ changed me into a narcissistic, cocky jerk and all of the sudden, i had friends, people that liked me.


I think its because people die for being approved of. and if you dont approve people go crazy.

Then a bunch of bad shit happened and i'm back to being nice and pleasant to people and now i have 0 friends

but at least i can afford some threads now, and i'm going to the gym again. I think i just fell off my horse of progress.

Is it truly wrong to think of yourself better than others, even when its not true, if it gains you affections and friends?
