Worst case the fringes fall to the side.
Just needs a little product or if don't wash your hair too often and the weight of it all tends to stay in the direction you comb it.
As for wind I find it just makes it look cooler, I just sweep it back with my fingers once I'm in doors.

I've been searching for something other than the Hitler Youth for quite sometime.

The issue is that the sides of my hair grow like a fucking chia pet. I've got fine hair, and nothing I do makes it stay up. Also, when I try to pull off a Hitler Youth, it looks like shit. It's all over the place.

Any suggestions?

That hasn't hit where I live yet (Northern California) but I'll be anything when I return to uni in the Fall that they'll be fucking everywhere. They're so fuckin nasty. Real manbuns are spotted occasionally but rare enough to still be a novelty.
