at first it was really bad and noticable, but i got it fixed and the new barber did his best, but it's still noticable (plus my hairline is pushed back lol) not that i care

texture is just coming in different as you grow. or maybe you have enough hair that it's weighing your curls down. (I am 99 percent sure that's a made-up thing, but people talk about it a whole lot.) i still think if you cut it and see how it grows back you'll know for sure if it'll end up "stuck that way"
