To be honest, ramones are pretty easy to pull off and look great. I was really sceptical until I tried them on in the store (the full white ones).

If you want to wear them with skinnies, mad stax are recommended + shoes being tied continously looser towards the top to even out the big sole and toebox.
Looser pants should be tapered below the knee too, but it's generally easier and you can tie them tighter and it won't look weird.

Also the toebox looks pretty retarded from the perspective of the wearer so don't be suprised if coppin, but it goes unnoticed from the perspective of another person.

Depends on what you want to do. You can slouch up a slightly dropped skinny jean against the top of the sneaker and then do a simple tee and then a cool, sleek jacket. Or play up the chunky, sporty thing with some shorts and a hoodie. Or lace them up tight and wear them with a high-waisted trouser and a fitted sweater for a off-kilter "dressy" thing. A lot of people get stuck with the exaggerated cut and detailing that goes into a lot of pieces from Rick (and other like him), but styling is really what's key.
