Tres-Bien sent me the last years model of of a pair of sneakers I ordered "by accident". Something I still don't believe because it was apparently the last pair and in a size that's hard to get rid of.
For those of you who don't know Tres-Bien has one of the most gruelling return processes out there.
They require 2-3 weeks for the item to be returned to them, another 1-3 weeks for them to approve the return and another 2-3 weeks to receive the item you ordered.
So in total you'll end up waiting 7-12 weeks to get the item you ordered if they mess up your order by accident.
Not to mention you'll probably get slapped with customs twice. Avoid that place like the plague.

This is why I LOVE department stores. I went out shopping at kohls for a pair of pants only to have my boyfriend cum on them. I promptly returned them to kohls for a full refund, didn't even clean up the jizz and the guy at customer support saw it and was like "can you please put it in this bag and hand it to me" haha.

I had a massive camping bag from them, it ripped after legit 10 years of use. sent me a brand new one. not cheap either.

I have a pair of boots from them that are almost totally unbranded and look good, they have lasted years of being my "shit boots".

Bought a pair of black chinos from general pants, hated them after a week. Didn't read there no 'wear and return' policy so I pissed on the pants before I returned them I hated them that much. When I went to return them a really bitchy lady was like 'YOU CAN'T RETURN THESE YOU'VE WORN THEM' and being rude, she started to point out I have worn them after denying it by showing creases etc... Then she sniffed them to prove they didn't smell new. Her face was priceless.
