Lots. Especially in designer stuff like Prorsum, Barrett. More contemporary menswear lines are catching on to it, too.

I'll only leave it undone if it actually has a positive impact on how the sleeve looks, e.g. The stylized, slightly flared cut on a lot of Rick sleeves.
