Yes! Fashion relates to a ton of complicated shit, and there's no point to it unless it's real. There's nothing without context, and the context is you and your life, so FFS stop asking what to cop.

Don't ask yourself if something is /fa/. Ask how *you* should live, mostly but not entirely of yourself. For your clothes ask if the item has something to do with that.

Asking for crit on specific fits, or asking for ideas on how to use a specific piece, or general thoughts about a piece - sure, that's useful. It can mean something. Asking if you should cop something? What are we supposed to say, ultimately? Like half the shit I posted there was pure opinion or reaction with zero relation to anything. I chafe at the idea of Iron Rangers because they're a "meme shoe" in heritage workwear, a basically reactionary trend I can't really fuck with. Same way reactionaries chafe at Geobaskets. I mean, I'm right, because history, but that's glib and not totally groundable.
