I just finished bulking with a power lifting routine to build a strength foundation. I'm now cutting with a focus on maintaining muscle and building more definition. I'm 5'11 and currently weigh 165. Going to drop my weight to around 155. I'll have a killer chest and abs at that point.

I mostly do a 5 by 5 routine of squats, dead lifts, bench press, overhead, bicep curls, triceps, etc. By the end of each week every muscle group gets a good workout.

I know most people who are in to fitness hate calisthenics but:

180 Situps
15 Chin ups
2 minutes of regular planks then 2 minutes on each side

every other day

and then on the off days I run 9k (takes about 45-50 mins)
