Highly doubt it.
Even the trips wearing Rick Owens don't layer too much or look anything like your pic.
Teddy usually has a t-shirt, dropcrotch and some geos, that's about it.

I think the closest you could get to gothninja was trunks when he was in the woods with the Ann D knit.
