I've had a Clarisonic for years. No, you don't have to use their face wash with it, and if you do use one cut down on exfoliating due to the fact that the brush head does some exfoliating for you.

Also, don't use it obviously if any of your acne is broken open. That shit will get on the brush and spread to the rest of your face.

Change your brush head roughly every two months.
