Canvas shoes. I've been looking for some for under $200 for the summer, but I'm willing to stretch.

big props for Eytys, I own a pair of Mother Leathers, they rule but canvas would be better for summer
Also own a pair of Converse First String which are more durable than reg converse and are a little chunkier due to reinforced rubber so i like the silhouette a lil better

Not really looking for running style trainers, but thanks. The thing that bothers me about the Eytys is the platform sole since I'm pretty short and really skinny.
