swimming on it's own will not build muscle, no matter what some skinnyfat idiot tells you

the only way to build muscle is to work out, if you can't lift for whatever reason just do push ups, pull ups lunges etc. you will have to eat at a surplus for a while to build muscle once you get to the size you want just start eating less calories than what you need while continuing to exercise until you burn the fat you gained by working out, after that just continue your routine while eating just enough calories to maintain your weight

was aimed at your average skinnyfat person. swimming really has nothing to do with it. you would get a lot better results just eating at a moderate surplus and lifting. do a routine with a lot of compounds in it and you should be able to go from auschwitz to that body you posted in 3-4 months.

you should probably do legs anyways for proportions, you won't outgrow skinny jeans unless you get into some decent weight with squats, like ~2plates

honestly yeah, pushups are one of the best exercises you can do, but doing core exercises like overhead press and bench press will help you more as a beginner. for pull ups you could go to the park in the morning/evening and use the a playground, if you have a recreational center in your city they should have a place for calisthenics where you could do them
