A lot of these are either military surplus or the Alpha Industries men's bomber, worn baggy. On a skinny girl, super baggy military bombers look good with tight jeans or leggings and chunky shoes.

Go to a military surplus store and try on the Alpha Industries, and if it leaves you cold, fuck with designer shit from Rick, Helmut, Damir, Raeburn, or whatever else you fuck with.
