I have a small tattoo my wife and I got the night we got married, but its on our upper thighs so literally nobody ever sees them.

I have a bunch of friends who have a lot of ink and from them and meeting thier friends Ive realized that the people who get heavily tattooed or pierced and are really into the community generally tend to not give a shit about what other people think about them. They're also a lot less likely to judge other people.

That being said some do look a bit silly but who cares what they do to themselves?

I don't have tattoos and probably never will because the only tattoos I'd want would cost hundreds of thousands of $, but I find this belief so funny and self centered. People get them because they like the way they look, they take interest in it as a hobby like any other art. Getting a tattoo to fit in makes absolutely no sense given how people with tattoos are judged/treated by most of the population.
