Hey guys, quick question, and I apologize in advance if there is a thread already dealing with "general questions".

Anyways, what are these awesome jackets called? Ive seen these in quite a few Nip fits, and I think they look amazing, especially for spring. The closest result I can get by googling, is that they're called "chore coats", but whenever I browse, I get ones that end at the waist.

Anyways, w2c jacket similar, and what exactly are the things called?

It's not a parka. To be a parka it has to have a hood.

This anon had a pretty accurate statement >>8068844 barn coats cover this type of garment pretty well. Macs and just generally the term coat can also cover this (although mac used to imply lapels, it isn't always adhered to.)

i have a light penfield coat that looks similar but it's zip-up and with a hood. try looking at carhartt or visvim maybe?
