I got some Uniqlo broadcloth shirts in a small and they're pretty boxy and a little long.

Do they change their cuts every year, or are the broadcloth shirts cut differently?

I ave a chambray shirt from them from a few years back in a small and it fits perfectly.

Should I was them on warm and dry them to shrink them a little? I don't really feel like having shirts I paid $19 for tailored.

If you don't wanna take any pictures, I'd just examine the shape of your head. Look up pictures of people with buzzcuts online and compare your head shape to theirs. Make sure your head isn't too wide, too thin; examine your profile and make sure the back of your skull isn't too close to the front of your face, stuff like that. Is your face too low/too high? How far does it protrude? Also check your hairline, if it's too high you won't look good. Be honest with yourself and don't go "well maybe it'll look better once I see it on myself." Above all, make sure you actually want a buzzcut and aren't just getting one because you think they'll be cool for 2014. If you aren't into it, buzzcuts can feel pretty embarrassing.
