What's up effay. I started getting into fashion over the last year or so and I've slowly been cutting out old clothes and replacing them with new basics. I need some new shoes for the summer. I'm thinking one pair of Jackman blucher mocs from LLBean, but I also want a pair of sneakers. Problem is, I've never bought non-sport sneakers before.

All of my athletics sneakers have been New Balance and I love their fit, so they are certainly on the list. I was really into Adidas Sambas and was ready to pull the trigger on them, but when I went into a store to try them on none of the sizes fit my feet well - size 10, 10.5, 11 were too narrow, and 11.5+ was way too long. Normally I am size 10.5/10.5E/11 in most shoes. Now I am eyeing Nike rosherun natural motions because their minimalism appeals to me. Nike blazers also look cool to me, but I haven't been able to find any to try them on first.

TL;DR I don't have a lot of cash to drop (poor college student), I like minimalism, looking for suggestions for a casual sneaker. Also I'm in Canada - what are the good shoe stores with a large selection that I should go check out?

plain white sneaks are good for summer, Jack Purcells are the best cheap option, but if you really have some money to spend you could get some Nation Standard Editions or CPs
