I come here seeking your infinite wisdom.
I have a few job interviews coming up for some accounting firms, how should I dress?

I have nice fitting black pants already, but i'm wondering what kind of shirt, tie and colour of shoe I should wear.
My skin is slightly tanned but not to dark and I have black hair.

You wear a suit to a job interview. Navy or gray.
White or light blue shirt.
Red, blue, or yellow tie depending on what color your shirt is. Stick to something with simple patterns. No novelty ties with ducks or whatever.
Shoes should probably be black. You could probably pull off brown shoes, but regardless, the shoes should match your belt color.

flip flops, Carrera sunglasses, dirty polo and some mid crisis convertible

im sitting here in a stuff ass zegna suit (not thin wool mind you) being the office bitch
