There are a lot of misconceptions out there about fashion. If you ask most people, including most "fashion-educated" people on this site, the answer would be that fashion is about looking good. This is only half of the story, and doesn't quite hint at the full picture.

Fashion is a way of life, a mode of being that enables the human form to transcend mortality and offers us a glance into forever. We aim a lens and who we are becomes what we could be for that one instant, frozen forever in time.

The highest and most natural form of fashion combines fashion from all walks of life, from the walkways in Paris to ghetto hip-hop fashion, to dive bars in Brooklyn, NY, and back to Tokyo.

Think globally, act locally.
