If you give enough fuck, first bleach, than paint them with white paint for clothing. I did this with my navy Vans and they came out crisp white, I prefer beaten up look tho.

put the baking soda and water in a small cup. i think it was 1/2 water 1/2 baking soda. fill it halfway or something. dip toothbrush in cup. scrub shoe. rinse it down from every now and then while scrubbing until clean. if not clean, as a last resort bleach.
