no way. i have had this haircut, i have a similar one now. the shorter your hair is, the harder it is to make lie backwards. the longer it is the easier this gets, but it can often fall down the sides. finding a balance takes a while and differs from person to person. keep growing your hair till it sits back and stays after washing/blowwave, then keep it around there.

if the top is only 3 inches long you're not going to get much of an undercut effect. your best bet is to just go through a lot of pictures and decide on something you like that can be acheived with what you have now. 3 inches is actually pretty short and any attempt to undercut will jsut end up hitler youthish. dont change the length drastically and the lynch hair length will come in time.
